Assessment requests
The form asks for contact details, organisation, assessment goal and a high-level workflow brief. Optional fields help explain rules, success criteria, available synthetic data, stakeholders and constraints. Do not include passwords, API keys, personal records or proprietary documents.
After you review and consent, the server sends the request using VIS’s Resend account to the assessment team and the project’s maintainer. It also sends a confirmation to the email address you provide, with a copy to the maintainer. That confirmation contains your name and request reference, without repeating the workflow or risk details. The messages are held in the relevant mailboxes and email service under their configured retention arrangements. Your request is not published or added to a marketing list by this form.
What stays in your browser?
Unsubmitted form entries remain in page memory and are not saved as a browser draft. Refreshing or leaving the page can discard them. Theme preferences may be stored locally; System is the default. Documentation search uses the site’s search index. Homepage examples do not send prompts to a model.
Hosting and safeguards
The endpoint validates requests, limits input size, checks the form session and uses process-local request counters. Infrastructure may process IP addresses, requested paths and diagnostics. Actual server/CDN logs and retention depend on the deployment and must be reconciled before production cutover.
Separate assessment work
Submitting a request does not authorise testing. Confidential scoping, access, data handling, retention and engagement terms must be agreed before substantive assessment work.
